My wish is that all people that live in Chapel Hill have an affordable place to live year round.
It really doesn't make sense that people should have to pay very expensive rental rates when living in Chapel Hill. I know Chapel Hill is a nice place to live but does it really need to be so expensive? Perhaps it does in order to maintain a high level quality of life. If anyone has any questions or comments about this please let me know! Thanks
